Generation Gap in the Indian Workplace


Indian workplaces have become an interesting blend of three generations -the business leaders and CEOs are Baby Boomers (born between 1946 and 1964), management teams and senior professionals are Gen X (born between 1965 and 1980) while youngsters are Gen-Y (born between 1981and 1995).
